At about 10 pm, 16 September 1999, Tim Cooper meet at his front door a man carrying an arm load of documents. He apparently came from a maroon vehicle. He said he was the same person as the one who had called a few days earlier and had been sending him other materials. He apparently was source "S-2." He said that he was with Army Intelligence, and had been assigned as a liaison officer with Foreign Technology Division at Dayton."
