More Evidence of U.S. Involvement with Extraterrestrial Crash Recoveries
REDWOOD CITY, California, March 13, 2001. The Majestic documents investigation
team has just posted 27 documents comprising 65 pages of classified
Majestic and authentication supporting material. In addition to new
documents, the Witness Section, Majestic Personnel, Supporting Documents,
and Document Sources all were expanded.
In the “Documents Obtained in 2000” section are summary abstracts of
seven documents comprising 19 pages of new material ranging in classification
from Double Top Secret to Unclassified that provide stunning new evidence
for pre-1947 (Roswell) UFO events. Fascinating new information reveals
the establishment of the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU) as a result
of two UFO crashes in 1942 shortly after the Los Angeles Air Raid (a
famous UFO event in February 1942). Another document discusses the CIA,
UFOs, and Congress and how the CIA in fact briefed some congressional
House and Senate committees in the late 50’s on UFOs. There is even
a pitch by Dr. Edward Teller to President Regan about the Space Defense
Initiative (SDI) in which he clearly shows a high degree of familiarity
with the UFO subject. Explore these and other documents at:

Leaked in the summer of 1999, 25 new pages from six different documents
provide a rare glimpse inside the early 1960’s CIA counterintelligence
organization. Ten pages of Top Secret/MJ-12 directives on original onionskin
paper with an eagle watermark are powerful examples of the CIA’s involvement
in MJ-12 with enticing statements linked to JFK’s murder. Loaded with
code words— LANCER, JEHOVAH, EVIRO, PARASITE, SPIKE, HOUSE CLEANING—the
document allegedly was never officially reviewed by the CIA but removed
from James J. Angleton’s safe. Another original document has a handwritten
note that states: “N.M cases were pulled from Project Sign files and
classified (TS), 1) Corona, NM, 2) Socorro NM, 3) WSPG, NM.” Explore

Posted to the “Documents Obtained Between 1993–1998” section are 10
pages comprising nine unique documents. One significant memo is dated
27 September 1947 in which Secretary of State George C. Marshall writes
to his Executive secretary Carl Humelsine about the tragic consequences
if the present rumors about New Mexico events are disclosed to the public.
Another interesting document is a one-page fragment of a longer document
containing the heading “Nature of Survey” which explains that “an analysis
has been made of the first one-hundred publications in the AFSA Unidentified
Flying Object Intelligence Reports, prepared by the U.S. Army Security
Service, the U.S. Naval Security Group, and the U.S. Air Force Security
Service. Additional reports were reviewed which originated from respective
branches intelligence departments. These reports were produced in order
to establish what material of UFO intelligence is of value in relation
to the New Mexico incidents and the ongoing MAJESTIC PROGRAM.” Also
of interest is a letter from Thomas Cantwheel referencing crashed and
recovered saucers in Missouri in 1941 and Louisiana in 1942 and the
subsequent reverse-engineering projects. Explore these and other documents

The Supporting Documents section of the website contains documents
that were discovered through conventional channels but play a role in
supporting the authenticity of the leaked Majestic documents. The section
is broken down into three main areas: 1. Documents from the National
Archives, 2. Documents from the Truman Library Archives, and 3. Documents
Obtained Through the Freedom of Information Act. Five interesting new
documents comprising 11 pages have been added to these sections.
Highlights include the “National Security Action Memorandum No. 271”
signed by President Kennedy requesting broader cooperation on space
research with the U.S.S.R., which provides a point of authentication
for a similar leaked MJ-12 document regarding cooperation with the U.S.S.R.
and review of classification of all UFO intelligence files affecting
national security. Also of interest is the Col. William Guild Department
of Army response to Richard Hall’s FOIA request, which references the
“Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit” (IPU). The IPU is also mentioned in
several of the leaked Majestic documents, such as the “Counter Intelligence
Corps/Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit Report” of 22 July 1947. Explore
